PCT Training for current Internal Employees

Registration is currently closed. Please check back first week of June to register for our August program.

The PCT Workforce Development Training Program includes classroom learning, clinical hands-on training, and full-time PAID employment at CentraState Medical Center.  Those hired into our program will attend an initial classroom training that continues on to unit training, until they can work independently. Our PCTs work full-time (3 shifts per week, including every other weekend & holiday), in set 12-hour shifts (7a-7:30p OR 7p-7:30a).  After 1 year, employees are eligible to sit for the National PCT certification test. Starting rates: $22/hour plus shift differential!
