Thank you for your interest. Applications for our December 2026 RN Residency program Co-Hort will open in September.

The RN Residency Program at CentraState is tailored to support newly licensed Registered Nurses’ transition into practice with CentraState Healthcare System. The program offers a comprehensive blend of preceptorship, hands-on clinical experience, didactic learning, and simulation training.

Our 12-month program is an opportunity for ongoing education and a chance to build the confidence and skills necessary to work independently in a hospital environment. The program is offered three times a year – in March, August, and December.

  • August Hiring Cohort: Interviews will be conducted between March – May (until positions are filled).
  • December Hiring Cohort: Interviews will be conducted between August – October (until positions are filled).
