E-mail Recruitment Team


This part time position is 8am to 1pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.


Performs duties related to billing and collection of patient accounts.

  • Resolves issues concerning unpaid commercial, managed care, worker's compensation and regulatory insurance accounts.
  • Calls or use insurance company website to update account status or obtain any needed information.
  • Supplies insurance companies with information needed to resolve a disputed account.
  • Reviews aging accounts with supervisor or insurance companies.
  • Generates emails or letters to the patients regarding benefit payments.
  • Perfoms SNF (Skilled Nursing) consolidated billing.
  • Scans documents.
  • Works billing reports.
  • Following up to ensure the nursing homes are paying claims.


 Performs duties relating to credit/customer service:

  • Provides information about billing.
  • Deals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face.
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints.
  • Directs requests and unresolved issues to designated resource/lead.
  • Manages patient accounts via workflow.
  • Processes refunds.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions via notes.
