CentraState Healthcare System's marketing team is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This position is four (4) days per week (approxiately 30 hours), and is eligible for medical, dental, vision, prescription and PTO benefits. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the creation and production of integrated ad campaigns and marketing materials – including print, online, and social media. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative staff on content for materials and manages external relationships on behalf of department with freelance writers, graphic artists, printers and media placement/ad agencies.

- Coordinates the creation and production of integrated ad campaigns and marketing materials – including print, online, and social media.
- Works closely with clinical and administrative staff on content for materials and manages external relationships on behalf of department with freelance writers, graphic artists, printers and media placement/ad agencies.
Collaborates with colleagues in department and the hospital for service line and community event promotions.
Responsible for all media placements in various printed and online publications/websites including scheduling, placement, and billing. Reports to the director of marketing.
Creates and executes strategic marketing plans for key service lines.
Effectively prepares communications as assigned for a variety of audiences to provide information to the community and to foster a positive image of the System.
Plans and coordinates the production of general marketing materials/collateral (e.g. brochures, direct mail, print ads, web ads, content marketing and related documents).
Responsible for maintaining and utilizing CRM systems to create targeted cross marketing campaigns.
Works with System departments as a marketing consultant.
- 5 years related experience required.
Well developed project management, writing, editing, presentation and verbal skills required. Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with ad agency, marketing firm, or healthcare organization preferred. Strong professional, interpersonal, analytic and communications skills needed.
Experience in content and digital marketing a plus.
